The time for the pearl to change lines.
Depending on the frequency of use, it is about 2~3 years. If the line is loosened because of some kind of strong load, it is recommended that it be replaced as soon as possible.
Please note that if you soak the pearls in water, it will cause deterioration of the thread and cracking of the pearls.
Is it possible to process other companies' products?
There is a charge for this service, but it may not be possible depending on the condition of the product.
Where is the best place to keep it?
Please avoid direct sunlight and extreme dryness. When storing in closets, etc., avoid storing with insect repellent and drying materials.
Also, do not come into contact with hard stones such as diamonds because of the damage they can cause.
Do you have a special polishing cloth?
We have a polishing cloth for pearls, but you can substitute it if you can get rid of sweat adhesion. Eyeglass wipes or something like a cell phone are also fine. However, please refrain from using silver polish and other abrasive products, as they may cause scratches.
How do I turn a pair of piercing earrings into an earring?

Does the discoloration of pearls recover?
Depending on the condition, polishing the surface may restore some of the pearl luster, but it is not possible to restore the color completely because the change in color quality over time is often a change in the interior of the pearl layer.
I lost one of my earrings. Can I make just one?
